Princess Auto

I went in twice this week the first time I asked how to see what battery my car keys need. A women asked a gentle men to show me. He pulled out my key and popped it open showed me what kind I needed and sent me to the direction the batteries. They were sold out unfortunately so I went later the same week still sold out. Ultimately I purchased else where when I went to put in my new battery I saw that the man had actually crack my car keys!!

First time at this PrincessAuto location. I came to check it out because I was staying at Port Stanley for vacation. This PrincessAuto London is amazing. It was very well stocked and organized. The lady that was standing near the entrance when I came in was super helpful, polite and friendly. Without hesitation went to look for an item that I specifically asked for... unfortunately I could read her name tag (Wednesday July 27th 2022 around 1:30pm). This location has lots of items that I haven't seen at other locations where I normally go (Kitchener and Mississauga). It is totally worth to take a trip/drive to this location. From now on, I will be checking this London location. Fully recommended 😉😁😎🤟🏻🇨🇦🍁

I had seen a 6 pack of electrical tape with various colours, black, yellow, red, white, green and blue numerous times when in the store and decided I would get one. Since I wasn't planning on getting anything else I went to their website to see what the price was; SKU: 9106576 $6.99 and whether or not they were in stock. According to the web site they were. When my wife got home at 11:40 we headed over to get a pack. When getting there I found single rolls of coloured tape but not the 6 pack. I found a store employee and said I was trying to find the 6 pack of coloured electrical tape and she said; "We are out". I said not according to your web site. She repeated; "We are out.". Other stores such as Home Depot and Canadian Tire will indicate the quantity of an item and will say that they are out of stock. I realize that with any retail business inventory may be out slightly. Did the employee offer to check to see if perhaps they had come in but not been put out, no. Did the employee offer to check the system to see if it indicated any inventory in the store, no. They simply said; "We are out." After leaving I thought I remembered seeing coloured electrical tape at Dollarama so we stopped in the Dollarama we were driving past on our way home. I guess my memory is better than I realized. Dollarama had the 4 pack of coloured electrical tape, green, blue, yellow and red for $1.75. I already have black so good enough for my needs. Going forward from today since I can't count on the web site to be accurate regarding inventory if I'm going to Princess Auto for a single item I'll phone first to make sure they actually have the item in stock.

It is extremely dangerous here for your credit card; make sure to keep it under lock and key. Shopping here is addictive, and I'm back way more then I should be. You go to get something you need (almost always find it), and end up going home with a whole cart full of things. Definitely better prices then CT. Only thing is that I wish they had a North London location. Takes me 25mins to get here.
